Leadership

We provide volunteers with the tools and resources needed to successfully navigate the responsibilities of being a board or committee member. When leading volunteers, it is important to know when to step up and when to step back. We know how to set the framework for success and help facilitate discussions that lead to creating valuable resources for our nonprofit clients’ members.

Branding & Marketing

Everyone is bombarded with information daily. It is harder than ever to ensure valuable content reaches the intended recipients. We are well-versed in traditional marketing and delivery mechanisms for the dissemination of information. And, we stay on top of the latest trends and technology to creatively deliver a message with impact that will not get lost in the crowd.

Events

We love to plan meetings! This is where the association’s personality really shines through because this is when the members get together. We provide meeting attendees with a memorable experience that makes them want to return again and again, year after year. Amazing things happen when people bond over time and work toward a common goal. All we must do is provide the perfect mix of impressive networking events, valuable educational take-aways and desirable meeting destinations that will make a lasting impact on those who attend.

Membership

It’s the members that make or break an association. We know how to create an environment where the volunteers and association thrives! It is important that members feel connected to the organization’s mission and feel like they are getting something valuable out of their membership. Not only does our team create an environment where members become a valuable resource to each other, but our experience offers new ideas for engaging and growing membership. We also understand how to turn the collective knowledge of the group into a valuable resource for the entire membership and industry.

Finance

We pride ourselves on providing accurate and timely financial and performance data to our volunteers, allowing them to make informed decisions regarding their nonprofit. We use the latest association management technology to manage member records and financial aspects of the association.

Board Governance

While each nonprofit’s board of directors is uniquely structured, the legal responsibilities of serving on a board remains consistent across all governance models. It is imperative that board members not only understand the roles and responsibilities that come with the position, but they also need to understand the roles and responsibilities of committees and staff. We provide our volunteers with the information they need to serve the nonprofit successfully and effectively.

About Crane and Martin

Jennifer Crane and DeAnna Martin purchased Robstan Group, Inc. from Ken Bowman on June 30, 2018 and renamed the company Crane Martin. Robstan Group, Inc. successfully managed associations for over 30 years. Crane and Martin were both longtime employees of the company. When Bowman decided to retire, he offered to sell the company to Crane and Martin.

Crane worked at RGI for 16 years prior to purchasing the company. During her tenure, she worked in every position in the company and ultimately served as Vice President of RGI and Executive Director for RGI’s longest standing client.

Martin worked at RGI for 7 years serving in important roles including ANSI Secretariat and Executive Director for the company’s largest client.
